Last months we were busy with custom work, and unfortunately this created a backlog of our regular MageBridge Template Patches as well. Using MageBridge Template Patches, it becomes easy to setup a combination of a Magento Default Theme, MageBridge extension-suite and Joomla! template. We have now started to work on this backlog.
YOOtheme Square, Pace, Showroom, Venture, Lava
To start with, the YOOtheme templates Square, Pace, Showroom, Venture and Lava have now MageBridge CSS-patches available. Simply install the template, purchase the patch we provide, install that as well, and you're good to go. We hope to finish off other template-patches soon as well.
MageBridge demo-updates
O, and we updated our MageBridge demo-server as well, so you can see the various template-patches in action right away. The demo-server has now also been tuned a bit more: About 100 Joomla! websites are all served using Apache, but make a connection to a single Magento application through Nginx running on port 8080. The Magento application itself is a bare-bones Magento demo with MageBridge being the only third party extension in it. But to enhance performance a bit more, Redis is used as caching backend. It should be said that hosting 100 Joomla! websites plus 10 Magento sites on a single server is a big no-no, but in the case of this demo-server, things run pretty smoothly.
